If you are planning to recruit workers from Nepal then you must provide Demand Set i.e Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, Guarantee Letter, Internal Recruitment Agreement, and Contract Letter. All five documents should be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and the Nepal Embassy of Sourcing Country. Herewith attache Soft Copies of all requires Letter.
